The Crib

We finally decided on a crib and were able to get it this weekend. We had to put it together (or Nate mostly) ourselves, but it wasn't too bad. We are very happy with the choice and it definitely brings the whole experience one step closer. It is crazy opening up the door and seeing a crib in there! Even though we've had it only a couple of days, I have to walk in there every so often just to look at it and can't imagine what it will be like when there is a little boy to fill it. Here are the pictures...very well documented of the process of putting it together and the final product. (No, we're not excited or anything!) ;) Opie was definitely curious as to what (or who) is taking over his room. He has been demoted to the loft. We are very interested to see how he will do with Baby J, but I think it will be the toys that will be the biggest problem. Anyway, he sat as close to me as he could and watched ( or got in the way of) the production.
