We took a trip over the long weekend down to Southern Illinois to see my sister and give her a chance to show off her favorite nephew. I am pretty sure he took the town by storm. The weather was absolutely gorgeous and it was nice just to relax...it's not often that the three of us siblings are all together in one spot (although it is happening on a more frequent basis - not sure why...haha). Anyway, a good time was had by all. Here are a few pictures from the weekend.
Bet you couldn't tell that we were Saluki fans. We definitely fit right in with everybody else in Carbondale, wearing our Saluki gear pretty much every day. There's no doubt we are a sports family! We are ready to cheer the Lady Saluki basketball team on later this fall/winter!
