They have finally completed/approved our home study and we are moving on to the next step!! Hooray!
The next step is apply to CIS for the visa, which will probably take about 8 weeks. It's looking like early April or so to get on the waiting list...nine or so months from then will be around the first of next year for a referral. Looking at early next Spring (2012) for the arrival of Conner #2. (Just wanted to give you an idea of the time frame we are looking at, as a lot of people have been asking.) It's much later than we originally anticipated when we first started, but we are doing okay with that adjustment. Along with a few other positives, it will give us more one-on-one time with Levi and more time to prepare him for the big task of being a BIG brother!
What wonderful news Nathan, Shanna, and Levi. God's timing is so perfect. We love you all and are praying for Levi's little brother.
